Life coaching is a directive goal oriented form of guidance and development that is designed for individuals who do not present with significant mental health issues. This service allows individuals to develop targeted goals and action plans under the direction of their respective coaches to further enhance their wellness and overall success.

Christian Counseling is a faith-based service that provides emotional and spiritual support to individuals needing guidance and support. This service is holistic in nature – focusing on the body, mind, and spirit. It utilizes the faith and spirituality of individuals as a source of healing and deeper meaning.

CEO & Licensed Professional Counselor/Head Life Coach

Joshua is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio, and is a Transformational Life Coach, and Creative Consultant. Joshua attended Malone University, where he earned his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, and he also attended The Chicago School of Professional Psychology further earning a Graduate Certificate in Child & Adolescent Psychology. As an emerging mental health professional, he has served in a wide array of professional counseling settings such as: Community Mental Health, School-based setting, Crisis Intervention Centers, Correctional Facilities, and within the outpatient private practice setting.


Joshua is a person centered therapist that encourages his client’s to take an active role in the therapeutic treatment process. He strategically works with his clients in discovering their strengths, and opportunities for growth. Joshua helps his clients in addressing their immediate needs through self-empowerment, psychoeducation, spirituality, and humor. 

Joshua continues to be highly involved in outpatient clinical counseling, and also works in crisis intervention counseling. He has a passion for educating and promoting awareness among minorities and religious groups. In addition to this, he actively serves in Youth ministry in his church, and loves classical and gospel music.

What kind of approach do you have for therapeutic services?

We emphasize client-centered care and utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques.

What should I expect on the first appointment?

​

The initial appointment is an intake session and could last 60-90 minutes. This session involves gather information about you, and your mental health needs and goals.

 

Is this practice faith-based?

​

Yes, we value our Christian faith at this practice, but we only integrate faith into sessions upon the client’s request.

 

Do you prescribe medications?

No, we do not prescribe medications at this practice but we will gladly refer our clients upon request to local psychiatric prescribers upon request

 

Do you currently accept insurance?

At this time, we do not accept insurance, but we are exploring this option to provide future opportunities for therapy for our perspective clients.
